Dr. Carcoba earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi, SLP Mexico. He earned a doctoral degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Texas at El Paso and Behavioral Neuroscience fellowship at Texas A&M University.
